Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your PitRx purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@pitrx.ca.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

PitRx comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you try PitRx and are not satisfied with the results, email us at support@pitrx.ca within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Because PitRx is a fabric treatment product, we may ask for basic details about how the product was used, the type of garment, and photos of the treated area so we can better understand the issue.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by an error with your order or the product arrived damaged.

Damaged or Leaking Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or unusable, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pitrx.ca. Include your order number and photos of the package and product condition. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Returns

In many cases, we do not require the product to be physically returned. If we do need the item returned, we will provide instructions by email.
