PitRx currently ships within Canada.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed and another email when your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Orders of 2 or more bottles may qualify for free shipping when the order meets the current free shipping threshold shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at support@pitrx.ca. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears delayed, lost, damaged, or leaking, contact us at support@pitrx.ca with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We will review the issue and help determine the next steps.
